Mothership Auto – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mothership Auto ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for licensed car dealerships and their authorized employees. By registering, you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of your dealership.

2. Accounts & Information

  • Dealerships must provide accurate and current information, including dealership number, email, and location.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account access outside your authorized dealership staff.

3. Services Provided

  • We provide dealership software that links vehicle VINs to QR code stickers.
  • QR codes guide customers to vehicle information pages, including price, photos, and related content.
  • Authorized dealership staff can use our Trade-In Checklist feature to manage vehicle tasks.

4. Payments

  • Access to Services requires a subscription.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. QR Code Stickers

  • QR code stickers are provided to subscribing dealerships at no additional cost.
  • Stickers must be used only in connection with Mothership Auto's Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Misuse QR codes or vehicle information pages.
  • Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with our software.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, and content provided by Mothership Auto remain our property. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mothership Auto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
